Comming Soon
In this form I'll discuss Creative Real Estate Financing. Primarily how to use a Hard money loan and what investors are using them for. We will also discuss the regular mortgage market for investment real estate and look at deals as they come accross my desk on a case by case basis. Your feedback is welcome.
